Love Bomb is a free, silly game, and we are serious about keeping it that way. This page says what we collect, in plain words, because there isn't much to say.
Your face and your eyes
Love Bomb steers by your eyes. All of that happens on your phone. Camera frames are processed on the device and are never uploaded, stored, or seen by us. During a game, the only thing your phone tells our server is which sign your eyes rest on — left or right — so the round can be scored. Your gaze calibration profile lives on your phone and nowhere else.
What we store
- Without an account: nothing about you. Game rounds are scored on our server and kept as anonymous results.
- With an account: your email address, your name as Google provides it, the handle you choose, which cult you belong to and who invited you, and your game results (scores, streaks). That is the whole list.
What we don't do
- No location. No contacts. No advertising. No trackers or analytics scripts.
- No selling, renting, or sharing of your information with anyone.
- No data brokers, no "partners."
Signing in
Sign-in uses Google (and, on Apple devices, Sign in with Apple). We receive your email and name from them — nothing else — and we use it only to keep your rank and your cult attached to you.
Having an account means absolutely-not-a-cult may write to you about Love Bomb and kindred schemes. Unsubscribing is one tap, and deleting your account ends everything.
Deleting your account
One tap, in the app or on the website (sign in, then "delete my account"). It removes your email, name, and handle for good; your old game results stay behind without any name on them. If you lead a cult, the longest-standing member inherits it.
Children
Love Bomb is meant for players 13 and up.
